C onstruction P rocess

Design Consultation 1st meeting with homeowner to ascertain buyers ideas and wishes for design, budget and to gather measurements and elevations. Design Review Presentation 2nd meeting where buyer reviews design and makes alterations with Designer at our local showroom. Buyer may view all potential materials at this time. Agreement Finalization Buyer reviews and discusses contract agreement with Designer. Buyer may select Tile and Coping at this time or at another more convenient time to the Buyer. HOA Approval and Permitting Designer will provide all construction drawings to include any 3-D renderings needed for Buyers to obtain their own HOA Approval. Cody Pools is responsible for obtaining all city or county permits associated with the swimming pool and or spa. Scheduling Layout and Layout Consultation Once approval and permits have been received, and tile and coping selections have been made the Designer will sched ule the layout at Buyer’s property with Construction Manager, Supervisor and Buyer or Buyer’s Representative. Excavation After Layout Consultation Supervisor will schedule the excavation of the new pool to be preformed. Gunite Prior to shooting Gunite all rebar, electrical and plumbing will have been installed and equipment will have been set. Tile, Coping and Water Features Tile, Coping and Water Features will be installed after Gunite has cured per the tile and coping sheet. Decking Layout Consultation Buyer will be required to meet with the Supervisor to perform the deck layout. Interior Finish and Filling of the Pool After all agreement items have been completed the Supervisor will schedule the pool for plaster. Upon filling with water Plaster will undergo curing process. Start Up/ Pool School Once Pool is filled the Supervisor will start up the pool and schedule Pool School with the buyer.
