Any pool builder can install a pump, filter, pour concrete decking, etc. What makes Platinum different is the people, the culture, and the way we treat our clients. Our slogan says, "We Can Prove the Difference," and we can. If you are looking for a cheap pool to purchase, then we are not the company for you. Ifyou are looking for a company that will build a high-quality pool that will last, then we are your company. QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT (QAD): The QAD reviews every warranty and service call issued. They analyze the data/situation, report their findings that need to be rectified and find better processes or just a better solution. This department has helped us build a better longer-lasting pool. For example, we found that most builder's interior plaster, or colored quartz surfaces, were not holding its aesthetic appeal for longer than a year. We went through a massive research phase and produced a special blend we call Platinum Pebble, which is a better, stronger product that solved our problem. IN-HOUSE WARRANTY: We do notjust build you a pool and then leave you to fend for yourself with manufacturers. We have an in-house warranty department so you will work with us directly, not the manufacturer. It's important to note you will be working with the company you trusted with your investment, not a 3rd party. COMMUNICATION: Communication is a top priority during the building process. At a minimum, our Staff Designers will communicate once a week, and our Construction Supervisors will communicate at least twice a week. We will call before we plaster the pool to make sure you are I00% satisfied. If you are not, we will halt the process and fix any issues. We will do it right, not fast! CONSTRUCTION: We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality pool. Our employees are human and will make mistakes but be assured, we always correct our errors. Every time a crew has completed their phase of the pool, an email directs your Construction Supervisor to inspect their work. We have a detailed checklist for every phase ofyour pool's construction. Ifsomething doesn't pass inspection or meet our standards, the issues will be rectified immediately. Also, your Construction Supervisor will have four walkthroughs with you. In these walkthroughs, we make sure you are I00% satisfied before we continue to the next step. Our goal is to not have a punch list at the end of the building process. We want it done right, not fast.

D ESIGN P ROCES

Tracking Your Project Your Project Manager is dedicated to inspecting all subcontractor work for quality and workmanship at each stage of construction. He will document with pictures and then upload them to your account prior to moving on to the next stages. Communication Your Project Manager will provide updates on scheduling at least twice a week. He will also schedule walkthrough meetings with you at Layout, Tile and Coping, Pre-Plaster and at Completion. This will ensure that you are 100% happy with the project before moving forward to the next phase. He will also email you a Milestone Card weekly to show timeline progress, documenting weather or material delays, and an adjusted completion date. Layout Once HOA approval and permits have been received, your Project Manager will contact you to schedule the layout meeting in the backyard to review pool layout, discuss any concerns, set proper expectations, and complete all required paperwork for your approval prior to start of excavation. Excavation After the Layout Consultation, your Project Manager will schedule the excavation of the new pool to be performed. Gunite The next major phase is Gunite, which is the structure of the pool. Prior to installing Gunite, all rebar, electrical, gas, and plumbing and equipment will be completed. Your Project Manager will complete all required paperwork for those phases prior to gunite. When gunite is completed, he will review with you the importance of watering the gunite, and provide you instructions on doing it. Your first site clean up will be scheduled prior to starting the tile and coping phase. Tile, Coping and Water Features Tile, Coping, Fire Features, Water Features, and any other masonry will be installed after Gunite is completed. Your Project Manager will schedule your next walk through to ensure you are satisfied with all work completed up to this point. He will create a punch list with you, and the punch list will be addressed before continuing to the next phase. Decking Layout Deck will be laid out and formed for your approval. Your Project Manager will schedule a walk through to review with you, and make any necessary changes/additions. He will complete the required paperwork, and create an addendum if needed, prior to your deck installation. A final clean up will be scheduled prior to the plaster phase. Interior Finish and Filling of the Pool Pool Plaster is the final phase of your project. Your Project Manager will do a final walk-through prior to plastering. He will create a new punch list, and the punch list will be addressed before scheduling the plaster installation. He will provide you with instructions for filling and brushing the pool. Start Up and Pool School Once the pool is completely full, our Start U p Technician will start up the pool equipment and finish the final details on the pool. A punch list will be created if necessary and sent to your Project Manager to address as quickly as possible. Your pool school will be scheduled within 7 days after start up. Our trained Start U p Technician will do a personal one on one pool school to show you how to program and use your automation, teach you how the pool works, and the basics of water balance. We will also email you guidelines to pool care for your reference.

HOW IT WORKS: Named after Italian Physicist Giovanni Battista Venturi, this phenom enon occurs when fluid flowing through a pipe is forced through a narrow section. The result is a decrease in pressure and an increase in velocity, and is what makes this Venturi skimmer perform so well.

So how does a skimmer use this phenomenon?

Water from the pump is directed through the Venturi nozzle and back to the pool. This creates a vacuum, causing water to flow through the mouth of the skimmer and collect surface debris. Even at low speed settings, this can more than double the skimming, filtering and circulation performance of any pool using a standard skimmer. Always Swim Ready Thanks to the patented PV3, the automatic in-floor pool cleaning and circulation system, your pool can be built to clean itself while you relax. Built directly into the pool floor, PV3 is engineered to clean your entire pool, including walls, floors, steps, benches, and even spas. When not operating, PV3 nozzles retract flush with the pool floor, becoming virtually invisible. There are no vacuum hoses left floating in the pool, or mechanical devices to be removed. All that’s left is a sparkling clean pool that’s ready to enjoy.
